As an urban designer and masterplanner with an architectural background, Evelyn specialises in creating sustainable places.  She is passionate about streets and has a broad range of experience which includes public realm design, developing mixed-use masterplans and town centre frameworks, and preparing design guidance for both government and local authorities.
