His work focuses on all sectors, examining broader economic drivers that underpin global real estate activity. He oversees Cluttons’ research programme and works closely with teams across Cluttons’ office network to deliver thought leadership research, most recently focussing on cross border capital flows, digital connectivity in London and affordability challenges faced by Londoners.
