Francesca is a Senior Sustainability Consultant based in Hilson Moran’s London office. She has gained experience across a range of environmental and sustainability disciplines and has played a key role in supporting planning applications of a wide variety of UK projects, including major mixed-used developments, high-rise residential, commercial estates, science parks and campuses.

Francesca specialises in energy masterplanning, energy modelling, decarbonisation plans, renewable energy feasibility analysis and district heat networks. She is trained on Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) and a qualified as a Domestic On Construction Energy Assessor (DOCEA) assessor.

She has recently completed a comprehensive energy audit of a number of Government prison assets as well as Innovation Science Parks in order to prepare Decarbonisation plans and strategies. These involved appraising power demand and the impact of electrification of heating and transport, advising on potential retrofitting interventions to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings and/or estate, and promoting the introduction of low carbon and renewable technologies.
