Freddie Pritchard-Smith heads up the Commercial Office Agency at Cluttons, having joined in 2017 from Colliers.

He leads a team that draws on the full knowledge of the firm to provide exceptional service to  the landlord community. Freddie has a deep understanding of the Central London office market, specialising in the provision of strategic disposal and acquisition work for landlords. He also has a wealth of knowledge with regard to emerging trends and technologies which ensures he can provide design-development advice for both landlords and developers to generate additional return from schemes.
