Gareth is a Senior Development Director at Stanhope PLC. He leads projects from the outset and joined the company in 2019 after a successful career in the construction sector where he worked on projects such as Wimbledon’s No 1 Court redevelopment and Bloomberg London. 

 

Gareth likes to challenge the process of construction and has experience in design management, procurement, cost plan management and construction as well as construction contracts. Gareth enjoys drilling down to the details and leads his team with an inclusive approach, working smarter, not harder. Since joining Stanhope he has worked on various projects including Gateway East and West and Television Centre Phase 2, plots E and G.
