Gavin is a leading strategist and adviser in the UK real estate and development sector. He has devised and delivered winning political and communication campaigns and strategies for institutional, public and private developer and investor clients in London, throughout the UK, Europe and North America. Gavin has advised on a wide range of projects, from major infrastructure, retail, waste and minerals to mainstream residential development, commercial and mixed-use schemes.

With extensive experience in advising corporate clients (SMEs to FTSE 250s) and managing projects from inception through to completion, he is often brought in by some of the country’s leading lawyers, planners and barristers to ‘fire fight’ or shore up projects.
