Geoff has 33 years’ experience in real estate, initially as an engineer before moving into property development.

Geoff has managed many significant commercial developments in the UK and Europe and has been responsible for major mixed-use and office developments in London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and within Western Europe. He is well-connected within the business space development arena and is highly experienced in the commercial office sector, offering a rounded innovative approach to all stages of the development process. He has been instrumental in developing TH Real Estate’s strategic approach to development. He has a proven track record in delivering high value projects, responsible for over 6 million sq ft (c.557,000 sq m) of space in the commercial sector alone.
