Gerald Kaye became Chief Executive of Helical plc in 2016 having joined as an Executive Director in 1994, responsible for development activities and specialising particularly in high quality London offices.

Helical’s current London schemes comprise a total of over 1 million sq ft of commercial space and 236 residential units. Gerald was formerly a director of London & Edinburgh Trust Plc and Chief Executive of SPP. LET. EUROPE NV. He is a past President of the British Council for Offices. Gerald commenced his career at Knight Frank & Rutley following graduation from University of Reading.
