Giles Semper is Head of Place for Cadogan, owner of more than 35 hectares of real estate in Chelsea and one of the ‘great estates’ of London. Giles takes care of the experience of coming to Chelsea, an area that is now exceeding its 2019 performance in both footfall and spend.

 

Prior to taking up this post in April, Giles was Executive Director of Go! Southampton – a large UK Business Improvement District (BID) that, with the assistance of STIPO, formed an innovative partnership with placemakers in Rotterdam. From 2002-2017 Giles was a director of the means, a placemaking consultancy that worked on more than 60 BID projects in the UK and overseas.
