Over the last 20 years, Greg has developed extensive expertise in sustainability consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from individual buildings to complex, large-scale masterplans throughout London and the wider UK. 

As Hoare Lea’s Residential Sector Lead, Greg brings a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping the residential market, combining sector insight with specialist sustainability expertise to support clients in delivering high-quality, resilient and sustainable developments. 

Greg represents Hoare Lea on the Real Estate UK Sustainability Committee and has strong links with various programmes at the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), contributing to the development and advancement of industry approaches to sustainable and regenerative development. 

He also plays a key role in developing Hoare Lea’s sustainability capability, supporting the Sustainability Community and helping to evolve the practice’s services, technical expertise and approach to delivering greater value and positive outcomes for people and planet. 

Greg regularly provides strategic advice to major clients, helping to shape sustainability strategies, guidance and development priorities across individual assets and wider portfolios.
