Gwyn is a qualified Town Planner with over 20 years of professional planning experience gained in local government; consultancy and private sector. 

Gwyn joined GLP in 2008 and is responsible for securing planning permissions, identifying and assessing potential new site acquisitions and managing the development potential of the GLP land bank with a focus on the delivery of large logistics, manufacturing, SRFI and data centre schemes. 

Gwyn is also Chairman of the British Property Federation - Industrial Committee and a member of the London Industry and Logistics Sounding Board.
