Hannah joined Haworth Tompkins in 2019, becoming an Associate in 2021 and Associate Director in 2024. She is an architect specialising in listed, heritage, cultural and educational buildings.
She led the £45m Pembroke College Mill Lane development in Cambridge, which combined deep retrofit of existing buildings with the transformation of the Grade II listed Former United Reformed Church into a new multipurpose auditorium. Her experience also includes work on the Grade II* listed Old Vic theatre, the Grade I De La Warr Pavilion for Rother District Council, and projects for the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales.
Before joining Haworth Tompkins, she worked at David Kohn Architects, leading the £45m Gradel Quad for New College, Oxford, and previously spent seven years at Alison Brooks Architects, where she helped deliver the £29m Cohen Quadrangle for Exeter College, Oxford. She was named a RIBAJ Rising Star in 2018.
Hannah completed an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London in 2020, is a member of the studio Technical Forum overseeing technical delivery, BRPD and CDMPD processes, and QA procedures. She also tutors on Westminster University’s Part Three course and sits on the Theatre Green Book Buildings Committee.
