Hasan’s expertise lies in the early design stages of HTA Design’s projects, where he contributes to feasibility studies, design development, and the preparation of planning submissions. His ability to communicate ideas with clarity and creativity, across a wide range of media, has made him a key contributor to capacity studies, bid submissions, and design competitions across the UK.

 

Hasan’s aptitude in understanding our clients’ specific needs and requirements within the Build-to-Rent sector has enabled him to successfully fulfil the role of Design Guardian for several HTA projects. Hasan was a key member of the design team for Greenford Quay Blocks 7 and 8, part of the UK’s first purpose-built Build-to-Rent community in London. 

 

Hasan’s adaptability and skill as a designer has allowed him to contribute to the design and delivery of Wallis Road, the heritage retrofit of a plastics factory to serve as our new studio.
