Henry is acting-Sustainability leader and a member of MF:NetZero, our Net Zero Carbon engineering delivery group and has given numerous presentations to collaborators on Net Zero.
He manages our Sustainability Team and leads our approach to health and wellbeing, has accreditation for the FitWel, WELL and BREEAM certification systems, and is an RIBA Chartered Architect with Masters’ degrees in Environmental Psychology and Environmental Design, so has unique insights and perspectives on wellbeing.
Henry has developed his own wellbeing tools based on exploring how knowledge from the social sciences can be applied in practice to make places better. He is also interested in connecting Soft Landings, Building Performance and wellbeing standards.
He has inputted to recent guidance such as UKGBC’s Wellbeing for Offices compendium and spoken at conferences including HEDQF.
Henry's recent projects include Atomico's HQ (targeting UKGBC Net Zero Carbon and occupant Wellbeing), EIG's Fitwel ‘2 Star’ Office and BRE's Open Innovation Hub.
