Jacqueline is part of L&Q’s Development & Sales leadership team; the directorate responsible for the largest new home delivery programme in the housing association sector.  Leading L&Q’s Growth and operating nationally, she oversees New Business, Development & Regeneration, Development Support and Communities teams.

Architecturally trained, Jacqui has held senior roles in both the public and private sectors.  She has a passion for development, regeneration and creating exciting new places to live.  In previous roles, she has held responsibility for residential property development, housing and management consultancy, regeneration, private sector renewal and residential sales & marketing.

 

Jacqui is also a skilled non-executive director, with over 22 years’ experience in providing strategic leadership in the not-for-profit sector. She is currently a non-executive director of Yorkshire Housing Ltd and Chair of its Growth & Investment Committee. She has also acted as a mentor to individuals at both non-executive and operational levels.
