James Child
James is an urban research specialist, who advises clients across the built world on research led communications strategies that strengthen reputation, influence policy and support business growth.

With over 15 years’ experience in urban, economic and real estate research, James specialises in translating complex datasets into high impact thought leadership. 

He has delivered strategic research programmes for developers, architects and cities and place organisations, helping clients position themselves at the centre of industry and policy conversations. 

James works with clients from research inception through to delivery, ensuring projects achieve maximum impact through reputational enhancement, alignment with Government priorities and creating unique market leading insights.

Previously, James led the industrial and logistics research team at BNP Paribas Real Estate and was Head of Research at EG. His pro-bono work includes being a Trustee of the Property Research Trust and mentor on the BPF Futures Programme and Society of Property Researchers.
