James joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner in their London office in November 2013. 

He has worked on prestigious projects which include advising Delancey on the leasing of Here East, a one million sq ft development in Hackney Wick. Providing pre-leasing advice to WR Berkley on its 385,000 sq ft office scheme “the Scalpel” in EC3 and providing leasing advice to Greycoat on Vintners Place, a 250,000 sq ft office in the City core. James is also advising Canary Wharf Group on the office element of its new, mixed use, district of 4.9 million sq ft.
