James Lee is Principal Policy Officer at the Greater London Authority (GLA) in the Skills & Employment Unit. He leads on green skills, shaping skills programmes and strategy. He has experience in different policy areas, including higher education and migration. Before joining the GLA, James worked for national charities and trained initially in further education, teaching in the UK and internationally.
