James is responsible for the delivery of it's ambitious development programme.

GPE have had a long standing commitment to Southwark having delivered schemes in Tooley St, Bermondsey and most recently 240 Blackfriars Road.  They are currently planning two further schemes in the Borough around London Bridge.  GPE are always at the forefront of innovation in the industry, utilising BIM and off site fabrication and always considering the impact of the public realm surrounding their development.
