Over the past two decades James has worked across all principal real estate sectors and developed an intrinsic understanding of real estate finance, investment asset management and development.

A co-owner and CEO of Sellar Property Group, in 2009 James established Sellar Design + Development, with a focus on delivering residential led, mixed use projects. Current projects include the regeneration of Canada Water and the delivery of the next phase of the London Bridge Quarter.
