Jane became an equity partner at LCA in May 2008.

At LCA Jane focuses on regeneration, housing and property development, directing accounts such as Benson Elliot in Barking and Dagenham, ABP at Royal Albert Dock, Londonewcastle and Berkeley in Newham, a variety of projects for Cadogan Estates in Kensington and Chelsea, and the Education Funding Authority/LocatED across numerous London boroughs. She has also worked for a number of housing associations including: London and Quadrant, Peabody, Network Housing, Metropolitan and One Housing.
