Jemilah Bailey is the Head of Waste and Circular Economy Policy and Programmes for the Greater London Authority, covering a portfolio of work to support the Mayor of London’s objectives to make London a zero-waste city and transition to a low carbon circular economy. 

 

Jemilah is a natural scientist by training and prior to joining the GLA in 2022 worked across a number of environmental policy and evidence roles at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
