My focus is on understanding the occupier via company analysis and industry sector research.  The research is applied in a practical way to help clients, whether that be proactively identifying and understanding prospects for a building or using sector research to help determine the character and mix of development schemes.  I have developed sector expertise in life sciences, which has been my focus for the past two years. This includes knowledge of the components of a successful life sciences cluster. Finally I have delivered a number of bespoke reports on the future of demand coming from the knowledge economy.
