Since joining the DCLG Neighbourhood Planning team in 2012, Jenny has focussed particularly on neighbourhood planning in London and other urban areas, and has responsibility for business involvement in neighbourhood planning.  Before joining the team, she spent several years in the planning policy team at English Heritage including leading campaigns and policy work on improving the quality of street design, and also worked at a number of government departments.
