Jeremy joined Peabody in November 2013 from Network Housing Group, where he was Executive Director of Business Development.

Jeremy is currently leading Peabody’s growth plans, delivering a substantial development pipeline of around 8,000 homes in London. Prior to this he spent 21 years at L&Q leading regeneration and new business. He also spent time on secondment working with the HCA exploring new intermediate products. Jeremy is passionate about urban regeneration and has a broad range of property, development and regeneration experience across London.
