Jerome is Arup’s Global Planning Director and leader of Consulting in the UK, Middle East and Africa.

As the former head of design and regeneration for the Olympic Delivery Authority (London 2012), he is a recognised expert in planning for delivery. He specialises in economic development, urban regeneration and masterplanning. Jerome has applied his extensive experience in planning, design and delivery to many of the most significant development projects in London, the UK and across the globe.
