Jess leads the Community Street Design team at Lambeth Council and is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel ownership and enjoy spending time. Jess is happiest supporting communities to translate ideas into realities. She believes digital technology is integral to simplifying the planning process and reigniting public imagination in change.
