Jing has worked on a range of projects in the UK from medium to large scale buildings, mainly for public sector clients. She has previously worked on large commercial and residential projects in Abu Dhabi and refurbishments of commercial and workplaces in Beijing. Jing’s primary focus lies in the integration of mental, physical, and social wellbeing within the healthcare sector. 

This has been achieved through architectural intervention, interior finishes, and extensive engagements, including patients/service users, most recently at North Manchester General Hospital, West Suffolk Hospital and Tolworth Hospital. 

Beyond acute settings, she aspires to advocate for a more preventative approach to improving overall wellbeing, creating a healthier society for the long term.
