Jo Moon joined Whitbread in 2014 to support the national expansion and ongoing roll out of the Premier Inn and hub by Premier Inn brands. 

As Director of Acquisitions, she leads a team of nine Acquisitions Managers nationwide focused on bringing more sites into the Premier Inn property portfolio and helping the business to achieve its target of 85,000 bedrooms by 2020.

Prior to joining Whitbread, Jo worked for ten years in the Property team at Tesco, followed by eight years at Asda as Head of Estates and Acquisitions Director.
