Jo Winchester has been a leading valuer in the PBSA market for over 20 years and founded the student team at CBRE.  In December 2023 her achievements in the PBSA sector were recognized by admission to the Property Week PBSA Hall of Fame.

Over the last 5 years Jo has become more focused on the emerging co-living market, providing valuation advice to lenders and funding parties looking to deploy capital in the sector.  Jo is currently in working as a co-living and PBSA consultant at Gerald Eve LLP.  Jo has recently authored Gerald Eve’s research piece, ‘Emerging Trends in co-living, which presents the results of their recent operator survey and the business case for co-living.  She was part of the industry response group for the GLA’s proposed co-living space standards in 2022 and is a member of the BPF co-living Working Group.
