Joelle has been an Interior Designer for the past 17 years, 10 of which have been specialising in workplace design for Perkins&Will.

With experience across a breadth of projects, from finance, legal, and TMT sectors, to semi-public sector, pro-bono and community outreach work, Joelle has developed an extensive knowledge of workplace design and end-user engagement in incredibly varied contexts. 

In her role as an Associate Principal at Perkins&Will, Joelle's focus is on the front-end of the design journey: client engagement, establishing design strategy and aspirations, and ensuring projects teams are considering the future of workplace use.
