John joined RM_A in 2013 after his studies and was promoted to Associate Technical Lead in 2026. With experience across all project stages, he is a key member of the practice’s technical delivery team, bringing extensive knowledge of complex technical design and construction. 

John has successfully delivered complex residential projects, developing strong working relationships with clients, consultants, manufacturers and other industry professionals. He brings a rigorous and driven approach to project delivery, with a particular focus on resolving technical challenges, improving the quality and consistency of detailing, and ensuring design intent is maintained through construction. 

Alongside his project work, John takes an active interest in construction technology, industry developments and specialist technical knowledge, sharing this expertise to support informed decision-making across project teams. He is also a valued mentor within the studio, approachable and generous with his knowledge, and contributes to a collaborative culture of continuous learning and high design standards.
