Jon is head of GL Hearn’s Public Sector Development Consultancy team. He specialises in providing development consultancy and strategic property advice to mainly public sector clients including local authorities, regeneration agencies and other public bodies.

Currently Jon is advising the GLA on the development of Beam Park, Dagenham which is one of the largest public sector owned brownfield development sites in London. Prior to joining GL Hearn in 2011, Jon worked at Knight Frank, DTZ/Donaldsons and the London boroughs of Hounslow and Lewisham.
