Jonathan is a Senior Director in the CBRE Planning team. He has a breadth of experience in managing large, complex residential-led projects through the planning and development process, predominantly in London and the South East.

Much of Jonathan's recent work has involved creating communities on heavily contaminated sites including the delivery of 600 homes and a school on a former quarry in Bexley.
Jonathan is currently providing planning advice to high profile industrial developers on strategies for creating mixed-use places with a combination of commercial/logistics and residential components. This work includes advising on several large sites in and around Old Oak Common.
