Jonathan is Stanhope’s Property & Commercial Director. His focus is Stanhope’s major development projects and he has been part of our Management Team since 2017.

 

Jonathan has a broad set of development skills having led several large-scale projects. He’s experienced at securing new opportunities, project strategy, planning, appraisals, joint ventures and property legals.

 

Jonathan currently manages the property team and has been a key part of securing a Development Management role on most of our central London office and mixed-use development opportunities. In 2012, he led the acquisition of BBC Television Centre from the BBC for £200m, creating a 2.3m sq ft development opportunity. He is currently working on Television Centre Phase 2 (500 homes), White City Place, c. 2m sq ft offices, Ruskin Square and a number of other projects.

 

Jonathan has been at Stanhope since 2003. Before joining us, he studied Land Management at Reading University, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Drivers Jonas and also worked at Taylor Woodrow.
