Jonathan is the Director in charge of the Midlands Development Consultancy team, he is currently managing a national framework with DCLG to advise on 20 of the UK’s enterprise zones. Jonathan specialises in advising the Public Sector on how to shape strategic Development Projects and deliver them in partnership with the Private Sector. 

He recently led the Birmingham City Centre EZ advisory role, and is currently leading the Black Country EZ work, both of which have included preparing a bespoke financial model that will be used to underwrite investment decisions over the life of the EZ and arriving at a method for the base-lining of Business Rates.
