Julian has been Director of Estates at LSE since 2010 and is responsible for the delivery of capital development, facilities management and property management. Projects delivered include the Saw Swee Hock Student Centre (RIBA London Building of the Year 2014), the Centre Building (RIBA and Civic Trust National Awards 2021) and the much-lauded Marshall Building

Julian was a CABE Enabler, is a Trustee and former Chair of the University Design Forum, Trustee of Eko Multi- Academy Trust in east London and Vice Chair of the Northbank Business Improvement District.
