Katherine leads the day-to-day development management of Grosvenor’s 12 acre development in Bermondsey. 

This is expected to include homes for private rent, affordable housing, a new secondary school, high quality open spaces and improved connections to the Tube station and local businesses.

Katherine joined Grosvenor in 2006. Her previous responsibilities here have included corporate strategic planning as Head of Strategy and Business Planning and investment management on the London Estate. 

Katherine sits on the Board of the Blue Bermondsey Business Improvement District, the Bermondsey Community Kitchen and various industry bodies. Katherine is a member of the RICS.
