Katya Samokhvalova is an Associate Planner at Nexus Planning.  With over 10 years of professional experience, she holds Chartered Town Planner status with RTPI. She has experience in advising both private and public sectors on a wide range of development projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial and retail uses. Katya also specialises in planning for “town centre uses” and has prepared numerous evidence-based Retail and Leisure Studies, Masterplans and Development Prospectuses.
