Laura joined RM_A in 2007 and became a Director in 2017. With experience across masterplanning, residential and educational projects, she leads design and early delivery stages and champions solutions that make the most of each site while remaining focused on people and place. 

 

Laura’s approach is rooted in residential design and placemaking, with local communities at the heart of the process. She has steered regeneration schemes of varying scales through complex planning processes involving local authorities, the GLA, communities and other stakeholders. Her work balances design quality with environmental considerations, social value and viability, and she brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to developing sustainable neighbourhoods and successful planning outcomes. 

 

Laura leads projects through design, planning and early delivery, developing innovative responses that maximise the opportunities presented by each site.
