Laurel is an experienced senior planning consultant working within Be First’s planning consultancy team. 

Laurel manages the planning strategy from feasibility stages through to securing planning permission for various regeneration schemes across LB Barking and Dagenham, supporting ambitious housing delivery in the borough. Laurel also continues to provide planning advice to private sector clients and previously worked for a central London planning consultancy, where she worked on various major residential and commercial schemes across London and the South East. 

Laurel has also been the project manager for a Proptech engagement project which seeks to create a new platform for viewing householder planning applications.
