Leanne Wenham is Head of Partnerships and Fundraising at The Switch, an education charity that helps children and young people fulfil their potential by connecting schools and employers through volunteer-based programmes and career-focused opportunities. Leanne leads strategic income generation through corporate partnerships and trust fundraising. She manages key relationships, develops new opportunities and funding initiatives, and oversees income streams to strengthen long-term sustainability. She also leads a team delivering impactful communications and volunteering opportunities that deepens industry engagement and supports positive outcomes for young people. 

 

Leanne brings broad charity-sector fundraising experience, having held fundraising roles at Maggie’s, Age UK Lewisham and Southwark, Become and Asthma UK, and earlier supported fundraising at Macmillan Cancer Support
