Lee is an urbanist and writer. He helps shape and communicate ideas, strategies and development projects in the built environment for developers, architects and public sector agencies.

He qualified and worked as a chartered surveyor before editing weekly industry magazines Property Week and Building Design, and he is co-editor and publisher of Planning in London magazine. He’s also been a property developer and a marketing consultant. Lee has an MA in urban design and is a contributor to the London Evening Standard’s Homes & Property supplement.
