Lesley joined Pinnacle in 2014 to spearhead Private Rented Sector services for large scale residential landlords and investors.

Immediately prior to joining Pinnacle, Lesley was a specialist PRS consultant working with developers, housing associations and institutional investors to assist them in acquiring, building and efficiently operating large scale PRS portfolios.

Her background includes the turnaround of a £100m central London portfolio taken over in receivership following the economic downturn of 2006/07 and having created a dedicated team to turn this portfolio into the lead asset within a private investment company within 18 months.
