Lewis Hubbard is a chartered civil engineer and founding director of Lewis Hubbard Engineering, a small practice of urban infrastructure and development specialists. He has worked as a consultant to the GLA’s infrastructure team since June 2019, helping the team develop and test a variety of initiatives to systemically improve the way infrastructure is planned, designed, built, and maintained across London.
