Lorelle is a Senior Associate in the Development team who qualified as a member of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer in 2016. Based in the West End, she is responsible for undertaking valuation, feasibility, viability, and development work for a range of private and public sector clients, on mixed-use development schemes. 

Lorelle’s expertise is a focus on large scale portfolio valuations, both Red Book and Non-Red Book, comprising a range of uses including developments during construction. Her skillset expands to feasibility assessments including financial viability advice for both private developers and local authorities on a range of land uses. 

She has significant experience of working on complex schemes including bulk scale and massing assessments, providing pre-application viability advice, preparing financial viability reports, undertaking due diligence work and assisting on Site Value assessments to support viability work.
