Louis joined Benoy in March 2025 to support the growth and development of our people through a range of learning and development initiatives. He manages a comprehensive work experience programme, partnering with universities across the UK to provide students with opportunities to gain practical experience and showcase their skills in a live studio environment. Louis also leads our internal Part 2 and Part 3 support programme, working closely with mentors to coordinate and deliver sessions that help candidates progress confidently through their studies and professional qualifications.
