Lucy is an experienced transport planner leading in Be First's Transport and Policy team.

Lucy's team is responsible for delivering highway projects across LB Barking and Dagenham, including healthy streets, safety, cycling and bus infrastructure improvements. Lucy also develops masterplans, transport strategy and policy for LB Barking and Dagenham.

Before working at Be First Lucy worked for the City of London Corporation and TfL. 

Lucy is currently the Vice-Chair of LoTAG, which provides a platform for London Boroughs' transport officers to share best practices and raise concerns.
