The environment is a high priority for Transport for London, tying in with the themes of encouraging healthy streets, active travel, a good transport experience and enabling London to grow in a sustainable way. Lucy and her team specifically work on policy to reduce transport emissions including the regulation such as the Ultra Low Emission Zone and Low Emission Zones, as well as London’s plans for electric vehicle infrastructure to support the switch to zero emissions. Before joining TfL, Lucy worked on the environmental appraisal of HS2 at Temple Group, and prior to this she worked at transport planning consultancy Steer. Lucy as a masters degree in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster.
