Lucy Rees
Lucy leads the UK Green Building Council’s work on systems change, organisational change management, and insights curation. This focuses on supporting UKGBC member organisations to embed capacity to implement ambitious sustainability strategies, and to recognise their agency in enabling systemic transformation towards a just and regenerative built environment. Prior to this, Lucy developed and led UKGBC’s Solutions and Innovation and corporate sustainability workstreams for four years, following an earlier career in sustainability consultancy, green building certification and Whole Life Carbon assessment. Lucy also sits on the Science Based Targets initiative’s Technical Advisory Group, supporting the development and revision of standards and resources.
